Hub returned, but still receiving threatening emails

Hi,

I have taken a box with all whats needed into Yodel place almost 2 weeks ago.

I keep receiving emails about charging me 106£ for not returning equipment.

Please advise

I have the same issue.

Posted almost 2 weeks ago, and receiving threatening emails about extra payments.

What is going on. Please help needed.

Hahaha. Now they say that have received only one part of equipment, and I can be charged for another missing one.

its like a Kafka's trial situation. Shocking

Have the team advised on what equipment is needed and are you able to return this at all or is this something that you no longer have? 

Hi.

I have put into provided cardboard box all they asked for, so two modems. Main one, so large desktop, and smaller one which was connected between large modem and plug socket. That's all I had in my house.
