Sorry to hear of the issues with the access to the Netflix account,
Can you please confirm if you have been able to set up your self-care account and when accessing the welcoming dashboard if there is an option to activate Netflix?

Just to clarify for us please, did you take a TV package with us that includes Netflix as part of that bundle deal?

It was an internet deal. I asked the installation guy about it, he said they like you to pay your 1st bill 1st before activating it.

Normally Netflix is only included with our top tier package only.
