I signed up before Black Friday for 500 / £27.99 a month as an o2 customer discount. I noticed the next day Black Friday was doing 3 months free (500 / £28.99 o2 price) so I rang and asked to be moved to that but my account isn’t telling me any information other than I owe £57.98 (Estimated) come December for November - January. I have received emails to confirm the contract but no mention of the Black Friday 3 months off and I can’t connect my o2 account via the app.
