Hello
Since moving (3 weeks ago). I have been plagued with issues (see below). How do I actually speak to someone in the Uk who genuinely cares about owning these issues and resolving them.
Otherwise its really hopeless! I really don't understand how this works as a business.
Frustrated Vm Customer!
Issues :
1) number port is still outstanding after nearly 4 weeks
2) cannot receive or make calls - just getting engaged tone
3) tv has specs

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry to hear of the issues though a UK agent is not one of them, as all agents regardless of location are trained the same.

From reading this forum it most certainly IS a major issue - now how about answering the OPs question.

Indeed it is an issue. If someone can't understand the point you are trying to make, you have a problem. I suspect some 'valued' customers will just give up out of frustration, which is most convenient!
