How do i get a VAT receipt?

Hello, I need copies of my VAT receipts from May 2022 and will need them moving forward. How do i go about getting copies of these? Thanks Emma

Sorry to hear you too have had issues regarding your VAT receipts, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

 

I'm happy to look into this further and will send you a Private Message to get some details to assist further. Keep an eye out for the purple envelope in the top right when signed into the forums.

Could I also get VAT invoices enabled on my bills please.
