How do I get a second TV box supplied and installed

I’ve just started using the TiVo box and man trying to find out how to get a 2nd box, along with (probably four) of the Netgear extenders that plug into the mains for a wired connection. I can’t see where to ask and if an engineer will install - or is it my function?

We're sorry to hear you've been having some difficulty trying to get some information on how you can achieve the things you want. With the additional box, you can get one by speaking to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111. They can review your package and add on the additional box. If you currently have a TiVo, then this would be upgraded to a V6 box and then you'd have an additional V6 mini box. Once a new package is agreed then they can arrange the installation for you too. 

In terms of any Netgear extender plugs, these would be something you would have to purchase and install yourself as these aren't equipment that we provide. The Community would be able to help with recommendations though.
