Hi,
The email address (housemovers@virginmedia.co.uk) I was given via customer service is bouncing back with the below error message:
The response from the remote server was:
550 ETP102 recipient rejected by downstream MTA. Reason: [ #5.1.0 Address rejected. ] - 3yW8tUr-49102-06gDD6353275DB44EC663aacc75
This indicates the email address I was given doesn't exist (even after verifying it numerous times on the phone), could someone please reach out so I can provide evidence of my new property and as such the inability for VM to provide service so that I may have the early termination fee waived? (I would be keeping service if I could as I have zero complaints).

I believe it is homemovers not housemovers (although that may not improve the speed of response any).

It is indeed Homemovers rather than Housemovers. (Homemovers@virginmedia.co.uk)

No bounce back this time, thank you.
Perhaps a nudge back towards offshore CS needs to be had to ensure they've giving the correct email address.
