I've had a horrible experience recently. First of all, there are lots of issues with the internet signal in general. A while ago, I didn't have internet for a few days in a row, 24/7. Long story short, an engineer arrived and, unknowingly, cut the cable in the garden from my lamp. I realized this a few days later and contacted Virgin. Instead of offering the full amount of the lamp, which is £108, they only offered me £20! Contacted them several more times, and they assured me the local manager would be in touch, but he never contacted me. I can't even reply to their email, as the QR code is not linked to the case!

VM will not pay for this until you force them. You will have to go to the small claims court. Make sure you include any additional costs such as professional fitting of the replacement lamp, if required.
