I recently had an automatic renewal price from my virgin media app, looked through it was happy, lo and behold it wasn’t started. I phoned the call centre staff on 150, to cut a long story short , they couldn’t apparently match it even though they sent it, after some back and forth the call centre staff wasn’t listening, so he put me through to another staff member, again another staff member not listening, over promising and under delivering, it would appear every 18 months I get hold of the office idiot, who doesn’t care. So now I still haven’t renewed and I’ve also lost the ability to watch sky entertainment and cinema uhd that I’m paying for at a now higher price. All in all I just want it resolving
