Given you've stated you're on the Volt M500 package, the speeds showing on the first screenshot are within the expected speed range of 528 Mbps to 548 Mbps.
The download speed showing on the second screenshot (228.8 Mbps) is below the minimum guaranteed download speed for the M500 package (258 Mbps). Can you please confirm if you've been testing on a WiFi or hard wired connection?
