Check a previous bill for the expiry date of the discount, they are usually time-limited.

Sorry to hear that a discount has been removed.
If you have come to the end of your contract then this might be the reason for discounts to expire - also if you have any manually applied recurring credits, these would expire after running the agreed time or when a new contract is agreed.

Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.
