Hey all,
As above...hoping a mod sees this... had some problems with BB - used the online system to test and after 4 hours it said lets book an engineer, did so...
booking ref 22040228 took a screen shot as well, however, BB at home has since started working. I went to the webpage to click and cancel/manage an appt - but its no there
can any mod check please? and cancel it as dont want to pay any fees
its booked for 15/11/2024 4pm to 7pm

I'm sorry to hear you've had some trouble trying to manage/cancel an appointment online. It can take a little while after it's been booked to appear, so if you checked soon after that may explain why you didn't see anything. Have you been able to cancel it since your post, or do you need further assistance?

Hey,
I booked it online around 10:34 am 12/11 and whenever I go to the manage a visit section, its not there.
Just says Looks like you don’t have an engineer appointment booked ....
still need to cancel this thanks
