Help, need to cancel an fault engineer appt... but my account shows no appt booked.

Hey,

I booked it online around 10:34 am 12/11 and whenever I go to the manage a visit section, its not there.

Just says Looks like you don’t have an engineer appointment booked ....

still need to cancel this thanks
