Haven’t Received My Contract Email

Hi, I signed up to broadband last month and paid my first direct debit but I still haven’t received the welcome email so don’t have an account number, and can’t create a MyVirgin account. I also have not been receiving my bills through email. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
