I sent my old hub back using your Yodel label on 17th November . You’re still sending me texts chasing me to return it . The tracking on Yodel hasn’t updated since it got to their hub on 21st November . Have you received it yet ?

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
