Hello why did I get a hard check on my credit score for just a broad brand ?

As per our terms and conditions, which can be accessed here, we're entitled to carry out credit checks on you at any time.
Please refer to the link entitled "Terms and Conditions - TV, Fibre, Phone (from 4 February 2024)".
You'll then need to refer to the sixth point under "I. Paying for your services". The page numbers are seven and eight.
