I have tried EVERYTHING to reset my password.
I have tried multiple 8-10 digit passwords. None of which have included my username.
I have and have not tried special characters as per the rest instructions.
I have also tried to use randomly generated passwords which would never be guessed.
they all say that the don’t use your username credential hasn’t been met.
PLEASE HELP. We are extremely frustrated by this situation.

I didn’t know how long to wait for an original reply so contacted virgin via, what’s app.
The first time I couldn’t be helped, so I was given a troubleshoot number and told I would be contacted by telephone in 24hrs.
Safe to say that didn’t happen.
I contacted virgin again by what’s app and this second agent was able to help me within a very short space of time.
