Quick question.
New customers can get a free 43" TV when signing up to VM on selected bundles, but do they also receive the gift of they've been referred through the RAF (refer a friend) scheme to also receive the £50 as well?

Hi there @TomRedwood
Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.
The refer a friend credit would be honoured if it was applied for correctly, the refer a friend reference code would need to be inputted at the point of sale. We do not handle the credit ourselves it is the team at Aklamio. I cannot see anything in the terms and conditions online here that states this cannot be used in conjunction with another offer, but you can reach out directly to the team to check this further via email to virgin-media@aklamio.com

Hello Tom,
Did a friend really refer you? I’m so surprised that anyone would recommend such an awful company. Their customer service is non-existent and you can only speak to someone if they’re going to get money from you. Their complaints procedure routes to nowhere and I would recommend you go with anyone other than Virgin Media. Have a look at the rest of the messages in this forum and search online for reviews to see how bad they are. They’re currently being investigated by Ofcom for making it difficult for people to leave.
Good luck.
