Free Xbox gift

Subscribed to Vm with the free Xbox gift. Received a email saying I would receive my gift within 28 days and a company would be contact. Nothing heard from them or VM since 4 weeks ago. Can anyone advise?

Hey Williamalan1, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am sorry to hear you've not got your Xbox gift yet.

Once the 28 days have passed it can be another 14 working dates when this should be delivered.

Just to confirm sorry, was the email you got a dispatch confirmation? 

If so on that email did it have any contact information at all?

Thank you. It it wasn’t a dispatch notification it just said within 28 days I would be contacted with delivery details. Didn’t mention an additional 14 days ontop. So it’s actually 42 days!

This means it would of been dispatched, it can take up to 45 days in full really.

The free gift gets sent out after the first month, if it goes past this time limit reach out to us and we will look into.

However getting the dispatch notice is a good sign, and it does mean its on the way to you.

Sorry I’m confused. So you are saying it would have been dispatched but could take 45 days?
