I have free Netflix Standard on my new contract for the first time, but have not received an email with instructions on how to activate it. If I try via the app, it says it will charge me £10.99!

When you sign into your My Virgin Media account, do you have a Netflix tile to register that way?

Yes, of course I’ve checked my spam inbox. There is also no tile in My Virgin Media account.
