Does my first bill account for 2 months of service, if so does this mean I have 16 bills remaining till the end of my contract?

Thanks for posting your billing query via our forums, we appreciate you wanting some clarity on this.
As with all customers who take or renew their services with us, we charge in advance which is why the first bill covers two months of service. This is reflected at the end of the contract when notice is given, if no notice is given the contract rolls over on a monthly basis (at a different price).

The bill should also list the dates that each charge covers. Those dates should illustrate 2 billing cycles.
