I recently had to finish with VM because I was told there was no service in the area I was going to. My problems are that even though I asked for a waiver on my final bill, I have not received any answer yet from my letter and time is running out
The other problem is that the equipment return is not possible because on being told that I didn't have to return any equipment, I recycled it but boxes arrived to return it. What happens next? I am disabled and cannot afford to pay for anything I don't have to.

Hi @Charlie19521,
Thank you for your post and welcome back to our community forums. We're here to help.
I'm sorry to hear that there are some concerns regarding a home move and your disconnection. When and how did you submit your evidence of moving to a property we cannot provide services to? In regards to the equipment, do you happen to recall what equipment you had and can no longer return?
Thanks,

Hi Zach,
There were 5 x set top boxes (if I remember correctly) a hub (5 I think)I was asked about a booster but I never had one.I moved but I was informed that I didn't need to return the equipment, so it was recycled but I received a couple of boxes (my wife did 'cos I'd moved) so I was worried. The evidence and request I sent to Sunderland because I didn't have any other address. My old a/c no was [REMOVED]. That's all I can recall.
Charles

Thanks for coming back to us @Charlie19521, and we're sorry to hear of the confusion this matter has caused thus far.
I'd be happy to look into this one for you to see exactly what's happening with your former account and the potential charges in place.
