How do you cancel a broadband fault appointment (I have one for this Friday), I've been through every menu and it goes in circles and never gets to a page where you can cancel or ammend the date?

Thanks for your reply dagregory.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment you can do this online or via the MyVM app
by 4pm the day before the appointment.
For anything else we are only a message away.

Thanks, I presume it was cancelled as there are no appointments showing on the app now the other night

Thanks for coming back to us on this. Where no appointments show, it's likely that a network fault was discovered so the engineer appointment would have been cancelled automatically.
