Fault Appointment -how to cancel/amend

How do you cancel a broadband fault appointment (I have one for this Friday), I've been through every menu and it goes in circles and never gets to a page where you can cancel or ammend the date?  ...

Thanks, I presume it was cancelled as there are no appointments showing on the app now the other night

    Hi dagregory, 

    Thanks for coming back to us on this. Where no appointments show, it's likely that a network fault was discovered so the engineer appointment would have been cancelled automatically. 

    We're happy things are resolved though and if you need anything else, pop back and let us know.
