So I Have Just Had This Email Come by. tried to go to upgrade now and just goes to 

Oops!

Looks like something's gone wrong.

We couldn't find the page you're looking for.

    Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your offer at the moment. Would you be able to clear your browsers cache and try to open the page again?

        and hasn't worked for most for months and months and reported many times on here. Usual VM response is to blame people's browsers. You could do it on a brand new built PC and get "Oops".

        Oops - Virgin Media still hasn't fixed this!

    i got this every time i got an upgrade offer from Virgin, and if you search the forums you will see many, many,  other people have had this issue too (and probably countless more who don't know about or use the forums). I tried different browsers,  different PC and devices, but always got the same error.
    The problem is Virgins poorly written software (and not you or your device) apparently they just cant be bothered to fix this long running issue.
