Hey A2GMAN,

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your offer at the moment. Would you be able to clear your browsers cache and try to open the page again?

Kind Regards,

Steven_L

sadly it is not working still.

Knows their stuff

and hasn't worked for most for months and months and reported many times on here. Usual VM response is to blame people's browsers. You could do it on a brand new built PC and get "Oops".

Oops - Virgin Media still hasn't fixed this!

What error is it giving you?

What is exactly happening when you click this?

Does it come up all white or with an error for example?

(Same As On The First Message I Just Wrote.)

Can you attach aa screenshot of the error for us please.

Also are you making sure you have pops up allowed when clicking it?

Tried accessing it on Google Chrome?

i got this every time i got an upgrade offer from Virgin, and if you search the forums you will see many, many,  other people have had this issue too (and probably countless more who don't know about or use the forums). I tried different browsers,  different PC and devices, but always got the same error.
The problem is Virgins poorly written software (and not you or your device) apparently they just cant be bothered to fix this long running issue.

Thanks for coming back to us A2GMAN, you maybe on an older legacy package that may not be able to be upgraded online. We're unable to help with package changes or upgrades from the forums. Please could you call into the team on 0345 454 1111 and they will be able to help further to look into a new package for you.

Kind Regards,

Steven_L
