My broadband service with VM was disconnected on September 22nd, and a day later, I received an email from VM asking me to return two routers: an Arris Hub 3 and a Netgear Super Hub. Since I became a VM customer ten years ago, I have only been given a single router and have never received an additional one. I am worried I will be charged extra for something I never received.
