Error Code FSB50 2/3/2024. Continually getting this message day after day

I've tried to log onto Virgin Media for several days now, whatever the time of day. I'm a little concerned that this has been going on since August 2023 with no solution.

I’m trying to get into my virgin media account. Which details all the services I’m receiving from VM and allows me to make changes when I need to.
