I have exactly the same situation.
im leaving virgin and been asked to return the Cisco TiVo box 500GB. I cut my contract to internet only, over a year ago when my new TiVo box was returned and I think the Cisco would have been returned at the same time as it would have been of no use.
I have the router and power line adaptors disconnected and ready for return but no box.

Sorry to hear of your concerns with a requested equipment return.
Did you have two set top boxes in service or was this Cisco box a replacement for the Tivo you remember sending back?
If this was a replacement, do you know if it was an engineer that installed and replaced due to a fault or if this was a self install maybe?

Hi Charley.
the Cisco TiVo box 500GB was re placed by a newer model. I think it was installed by an engineer., and we were told we could keep the old model. When the price of our package became too much for us to afford on our pension we changed our contract to interest only and were sent a package to return our newest box. As we no longer had your tv package and could use neither box. I think we returned both boxes, certainly I can’t see any box here.
We have now found the internet charge too expensive and your team couldn’t come up with an affordable contract so we have left.
