Morning,

Since recently changing my contact, I now have a broadband hub and 2x tv boxes that need returning. Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can find instructions on how to do this please?

Sorry to hear that you've since left us. You'll receive pre-paid returns packaging in the post around 10 days after your disconnection date, but if you need this sooner you can order your own or print off your own returns label here. This page also includes all the processes on returning the equipment.
