Subject: Return of equipment - Help needed!
Hi everyone,
I'm really frustrated with how my Virgin Media equipment return is being handled. I ended my contract early with the help of the ombudsman, after a year of internet problems and now I'm getting emails threatening charges for unreturned equipment.
The problem is, I haven't received the return kit! I also have a question about the equipment list as they're asking for 2 WiFi pods when I only have one. One of the many engineers took one away with him because it didn't work and said they'd fix it or recycle it and send a new one.
Been a customer for well over a decade, and have been paying for a bad service for the last twelve months, and now this just feels like one last slap across the face.
Can anyone help me get this sorted please? I'm happy to return everything, I just need the right tools and a bit more time.
