Email verification issue

So I've been trying to log in to manage my account. When I go to do so I'm met with a message that says I "haven't verified the email address" yet.

I click the button to send the verification email, follow the instructions on that however when I click the link in the email it just takes me to a page that says the link has expired even if I click it within a minute of getting the email. 

I've been using this broadband for 3 weeks now and still haven't been able to log into my account. 

Help would be much appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the email verification you are experiencing.
Have you tried another browser / device to see if the link works there? You can copy the link and paste it elsewhere.

Sometimes that error message comes up but if you try it again, it will be successful.
