Hi,
I have stopped my Virgin Broadband in September , now reconnected again but can see only my old account on the app and the web page. I am still using same email address as my old account. I can’t make any changes and can see only my old account details. Is there any chance you can help?

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.
Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, with your log in we only allow one email to be used per account, can you confirm if your account when it got reconnected, did you receive a new account number? If so it would need to be a new email used, or we can look at linking the 2 together.

Hi Joseph, I think someone on your team is looking into my account problem already , I will keep you posted to any updates. Looking at linking the 2 accounts together is the better option.
