Hi there,
I am unable to create a virgin account, because the pre-contract documents I received via sms did not contain an account number or area reference. I also believe I used the wrong email address when purchasing my service, so I was wondering if I would be able to change the email address I purchased the service with.

It looks like you've already posted about this issue 👉 here and one of my colleagues has offered you support via PM.
It's worth being aware that you can't fully access your My VM account until your services are active and installed. You receive your first bill with all the information you need to register at that stage. Hopefully my colleague will continue to help via your PM thread.
