Don't have an account number

I need to cancel my contract within the next few days to avoid charges, but don't have an account number, so I cannot log in to a virgin media account or call via phone, as they ask for this.

The monthly email of the bill summary displays the VM a/c no & Area code.

Hi Daniel,

I'm afraid I can't follow this advice as I've never received a monthly bill.

Due to the time sensitivity, I'd appreciate any help on this as soon as possible.

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
