Domain name cannot access email addresses in my account.

Could someone kindly help, email addresses in my account cannot be accessed. I can sign into my main account with a very old email address which was first registered via Telewest before Virgin took over, the email address was also   my domain name used on a website which I had at that time, the website was scrapped some years back, but I still own the domain name.

I have read that Domain names can cause a problem in some instance but do not know much about this. I do not use the domain name email address for receiving or sending emails.

Is there any way that I can change my main email address if this is causing a problem when trying to access other email addresses in my account.

This is the 4th day without email access, I have signed into my hub which is working correctly.

Previous message stated that I cannot access any emails in  my account for 4 days now,  does having and email address which is also a domain name have any bearings on this problem which is really getting me down, if this carries on I will have to close my account as I cannot get help. Thank you.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with accessing your emails.

Having a domain would not affect access at all.
I'd like to take a look into this for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check your logo at the  top right of your screen that would be great.
