Blocking Domains?

Hi. I keep getting spam where the first part of the sender's address is different every time with a row of random numbers and letters, but the domain after the '@'  is always the same. The domain is @berkon.com. I made a filter rule but it doesn't work, I still keep getting spam from that domain. Here's a screenshot of my filter rule, how should I change it? I did also try a rule with the '@' included but that didn't work either. Thanks.

  • Try changing All to Domain as highlighted below:

Thank you! I've now changed it to Domain. I hadn't noticed that option in the drop down box before you suggested it. Hopefully that'll work now.

Merlin5 Be aware that if the VM filters are already directing the emails to their spam folder then any user created filters will have no effect.

Hi Graham, all the spam emails from that domain have been coming into my inbox and I've been manually sending them to my spam folder. Now with the change to the filter rule, I'm hoping/assume they'll get automatically sent to the spam folder.
