Direct Debit has been processed twice, but for two different amounts this month, can anyone help please?

To confirm, have we taken two payments in one month, or has the amount between this month and last month changed?

One of your team helped change the DD to a new bank last month, as the option on the website to do it myself didn't work.

The original DD from the old bank account has taken what I think is the correct amount.

The new DD from the new bank account has taken an adjusted figure slightly lower than the bill, I'm not sure why?
