I have a debt relief order and virgin media is on there. They are still chasing me for the debt but they shouldn't. I tried calling to ask for where to send the proof but couldn't get through to anybody. All foreign people who did not understand what I was trying to explain. In the end I gave up and put the phone down. Is there an email I can send proof of my order to?

If the debt is included within DRO then the debt with Virgin should be written off. However, if the debt isn’t included with DRO or the balance you quoted to DRO is incorrect then they can go for the balance/ debt which remains outstanding.
