Credit file amendment needed - can’t email team

Hi all,

I’m trying to get in touch with the credit file amendment team after seeing some forum posts advising that but the email address posted keeps bouncing back. 

Does anyone know if this is correct or another way I might be able to contact them? I’ve tried

I’m at the point where I don’t know where else to turn as the billings team just keeps saying they’ll call me back and then don’t. I have at least finally got the erroneous amount removed from my account but this is now incorrectly showing as being in arrears on my credit file and my details had been passed to a collection agency! Is my only remaining option the ombudsman? I have spent hours trying to resolve this!
