I recently moved home and had to transfer my broadband over to my new home. As a result I’m due a credit payment from VM, as a cheque via post. I was told this should have arrived a while ago but I haven’t received anything. I suspect this may have been sent to my old address. Is there any way I can have this sent again but to my current address.
