Hi. I received an email on 13th Jan with a new offer to extend my contract for home phone and broadband for 18 months which I accepted.
on 27th I get the same email offering me the extension again at a higher price than the first offer
what’s going on. Has my my first offer been deleted. I do hope not

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with a deal being applied. When you take any offers via email, once accepted, these go to a back office team who then process these for you. Usually it takes 14 days to get this done however on occasions it can take longer.
This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
