Contract renewal not processing

Hi my contract is due for renewal in February and had an email offer to renew at same price. I went through the process of accepting the offer and received pre contract documents which I accepted and received an order number and said it was processing. I had a similar situation in December with an offer which never got processed. Any help on what to do as it seems from reading on here contacting customer services they can’t help.
