Hi all. Joined the 11/1/24 and today yes 1/2/24 I have broadband , after numerous messages etc, there is a bill for January and February services , I haven’t had any service , I was told the bill would be wiped it’s still there for £106!!!!! How do I get to escalate a complaint as the live chat web is and has got me no where ! Unhappy new customer

Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the delayed installation.
When a bill is produced, this will always appear as printed - despite any credits added by ourselves, or any payments you were to make as a customer.
I'd be happy to look into this for you, to ensure that the billing is correct for you.
