Contract price changed

I agreed new contract with new installation on 31/1 for £26.99.   I am being charged £38.99.   25 hours of chat and phone calls and complaint later, I can;t get it changed. How can i fix this?!   That's fraud.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the extra £10 on your contract.

As a rule we are unable to deal with billing or package queries on here. 
However I'd like to take a look into this for you and get this resolved.
