Contract not received since taking out M500 Broadband

I have taken out M500 broadband on the 22nd June 2024. I was advised when taking this out that I would receive my contract in 48 hours.

After waiting 4 days and having not received anything I reached out to support who advised I would receive this within 24 hours.

It has now passed this and I have reached out once more to Virgin Media support however I have now been advised I will receive this in the next 7 working days.

I have setup the Router and my broadband is now active as of 27th June however I am quite worried as I am still unable to setup my virgin Media account and check billing etc.

Has anyone else had this issue and have they been able to sort this?

I am also having the same issue. Originally told I would receive my contract within 48 hours however after 4 days received nothing.

contacted support yesterday and reassured I would receive in 24 hours. Has now been over 24 hours and still received nothing.

my internet is all setup and working so quite concerned as to why this is the case despite signing nothing.
