    In order to provide clarity on the situation, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

It wasn't a 'trial' as such.... just a free upgrade offer for three months... I was using it as a comparison (trial) of speeds M250 to M350! I obviously didn't read all the pages of small print saying it was a new contract!
