Contract Renewal confusion - No idea what is happening with this - help

Hi,

I received a contract renewal offer via email back in early October, I read through the offer and proceeded to accept it. When I did this on the 9th October I received a contract offer all good with a number and all the details, since then I have heard absolutely nothing and am still receiving emails to consider contract renewal offers??? I click on this again this evening to see if anything has updated and now see this message: " Your order's on its way! Sorry! We’re still processing your last order so can’t accept any more purchases at this time. We’ll notify you when this has gone through and you can start shopping again."

Can someone please help to tell me what is going on?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the package change - please note that it can take up to 14 days for it to complete.
I've had a look on our end and please check your My Virgin Media in the next few days to see any changes going forward.

No error has occurred for this change and everything seems to be successsful.

Hi @Ilyas_Y  , I have just received an update to my order and the price I have received does not match the quote I agreed to, can you help resolve this please.
