Contact Renewal Email - link not working

Hello

Ive been recieving emails for the past few weeks from VM saying that my contact is due for renewal soon and to log in to review the renewal offer. 

Whenever i click on the link it logs me in to the VM website and then shows me this error message:

Oops!

Looks like something's gone wrong.

We couldn't find the page you're looking for.

I would like to see what this renewal offer is. I have tried the online chat and that wont load either. 

I have attempted this on both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, so its not a browser issue.

I have also attempted to view any offers in the Manage Contact area, and it shows the exact same error

We're sorry to hear your renewal offers are not loading. This can sometimes mean you have a special discount on the account or potentially that the email offer has been sent a little too early. We can certainly have a look to see what offers are available for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I've sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you're using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you're on a mobile/tablet device then instead, click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
