Contact renewal
Hello,
My package was due to expire 8th march 2024, so I rang and negotiated a new contract on the 21st February2024. I got the order and the contract documents through email but can't see a start date mentioned anywhere. When I log in to look at my package it will lists the old one, and had no mention of the new contract I agreed. Also, it mentions my bill will increase in April (based on auto renewal of my old deal-so substantially more expensive than the deal I agreed to on the 21st) My question is, has the contract gone through and it will just take effect when my old deal expires? Other than the email I received the same day I called, I've had no other sign it's gone through
