Contact Options

Virginmedia do not have an email address that can be used to make contact.  The QR code does not function either.  However, my last phone contact was a good experience and resolved the confusion on the amounts that are due.  Nevertheless phoning can be frustrating, if you are not careful you get sent a link which doesn't deal with the issue and you are abruptly cut off - Goodbye....

  • Thank you Molly, didn't know about What's App & Facebook.  Hopefully have now sorted the billing issue during a phone call.  Suggest if the QR code is not working it is removed.

Customer support costs money. VM doesn't like that.
